Goodgroove Records background

Originally a prolific club night deep in the south west of England, Goodgroove was known for serving up a unique mash up of disco, funk and breaks. As the popularity of the Goodgroove sound grew, starting record label was a natural evolution because the music played in the club was highly sought after, but not easily available for DJs to buy. The first EP to be released on Goodgroove "The Regrooved Series 1" is a collection of the best tracks straight from the original club night which proved to be even more popular than anticipated, and so this successful theme has expanded into the Goodgroove label releasing the best tracks from funky club nights around the world.
