According to the lyrics, 'Dom Sheldon is a cold man' - however, 'D.S.' is widely acknowledged to be a verbal attack on the State District Attorney, Thomas Sneddon, the man who led the criminal investigation against Michael in 1993 (and, indeed, the more recent investigation in 2004-2005). Et prends ça dans tes dents Sneddon !! Ce n'est un secret pour personne, cette chanson est adressée à Tom Sneddon (c'est d'ailleurs son nom que Michael prononce dans la chanson)... Et pour ceux qui ne savent pas qui est Tom Sneddon, Pu**** mais vous viviez sur quelle planète pendant le procès en 2006 ?!! C'est le procureur de la république en Califormie et c'est lui qui a poursuivit Michael pour les charges qu'on connait... Dieu merci, les jurés ont ouverts les yeux à temps et l'on innocenté à 100% !!! En tout cas, le morçeau reste une tuerie !! Pour la petite histoire, à la fin, dans les choeurs, Michael fait waf-waf pour caricaturer Sneddon qui a été surnommé le chien fou (Mad Dog) par la presse à cause de son acharnement pendant le procès...
