It was the last Jackson 5 single issued while the group were still a Motown act, achieving no.6 on the R&B singles chart and no.60 on the Hot 100.

Also released as promo 7" singles on blue and red vinyl in the US - now rare collectors items.

The original version by the Supremes, issued in 1968 on their album Reflections, achieved no.7 on the R&B singles chart and no.28 on the Hot 100.
