An alternative title for the Jacksons hit, Heartbreak Hotel, re-titled to avoid any confusion with Elvis Presley's classic - Michael, incredibly, maintains he wasn't aware of this when he wrote the song.

A live version with this title, recorded at Madison Square Gaarden in September 1981, was featured on the Jacksons album, Live, issued in November 1981.

This song is called Heartbreak hotel in the first place. Everybody has a song named heartbreak hotel they are all different. Michael's is the best!

Just a classic monster track one my fav songs. This song is awesome on the Bad tour, done to perfection, he made it sound even better live on the bad tour than the original album version. 10 out of 10. Great story telling, great to rock to and to just listen, it has everything.

This title is one of my favorite also, the melody is sumptuous, the Bad Tour Live version still gives me shivers. The artistic power of Mike really starts to be expressed at this period for me
