This two-CD collection focuses on Michael before he left
the Motow.

All the hits are here, from the chirpy smash "Rockin' Robin"
to the yearning "Got to Be There", a handful of J5 tracks
and the restoration of the original mixes of several songs recorded in the early 1970s, but not released until the 1980s.

Four songs - Call On Me, Don't Let It Get You Down, Melodie
and To Make My Father Proud come minus the overdubbs added to 1984's Farewell My Summer Love release, while another three songs feature slightly different alternate vocals : If I'N Was God, Love's Gone Bad and Make Tonight All Mine .

If I'N Was God, here, is also a full minute longer than the version issued in 1986 on Lookin' Back To Yesterday.
