It is the title track of the Jacksons' thirs album, issued in December 1978.

Released as a single in the UK (but not USA), where it achieved a lowly no.39.

It was promoted, during the group's European visit, on Top Of The Pops, and on the Jacksons' own Midnight Special in the US in 1979 (where Jermaine re-joined his brothers for this song). It was also featured on a Destiny Tour concert screened on BBC2 in the UK.
