An ever popular festive song recorded by the Jackson 5 - with Jermaine on lead vocals - for their Christmas Album, issued in October 1970 in the US and December 1970 in the UK.

Also issued as a single in the Philippines.

It was covered by many artists since the 1960 when Nat King Cole's version hit no.80. These include James Brown (1965), Herb Albert (hit no.1 in 1988) and Christina Aguilera in 2000.
